Alicia Giménez, director and founder of estarbé and Pere Monràs, founder of hèlix3c, lead this collaboration with the goal to contribute to the revitalization of the organizational structure of estarbé, estarbé, a space dedicated to the pursuit of well-being and the self-regulation of health through the integration of Eastern wisdom and Western knowledge with a strong emphasis on holistic posturology.
 
The objective of this new phase is to strategically activate the talent of the people who form part of estar bé, as well as exploring possible synergies of health professionals and thus adding value to the neighbourhood. The collaboration seeks to offer different approaches to one goal: personal well-being.
