Workshops - Practicing
Every learning needs to be practiced - Learning by doing - . Aware of this, in hèlix3c we have created a series of specific workshops for those who want to potentialize the strengths in their profile.
These workshops offer an understanding on where the new economy is going and how to apply more concepts of the Knowledge Economy to meet the great challenges of the 21st century.
The DNA of the workshops
- Learning to think unconventionally.
- Feeling, thinking and doing simultaneously.
- Activating the talent in both, people and organizations.
- Contributing to personal, economic and social advancement.
In hèlix3c we offer 16 types of workshops, and we can also design workshops to the specific needs of a group of people, companies, organizations or institutions.
We grouped the 16 workshops in 4 different blocks:
Block 1. New business logic: the economy based on people.
1 .- Your identity and the identity of your project. How to get there; the DNA, discover it and gain energy.
2 .- The Meta Model. Thinking of models using unconventional thinking. The new market concepts. Living and working based on our own strengths.
3 .- Elevator Methodology. Top-down and Bottom-up. Starting a shared project or business.
4 .- Planified Improvisation. Always prepared. Personal maturity.
Block 2. Organizing our-selfs to transform: maximum performance with minimum effort.
5 .- Organizational Infinity. Everybody has a talent- it just needs to be activated. Activated talent is infinite.
6 .- Talented organizations against job-systems Create, connect and share. “I'm here, why can't we share?”
7 .- Organizational High-tech. In my area of expertise, I am the one in charge.
8 .- Autonomy and Interdependence. High confiability. Sharing knowledge creates new knowledge.
Block 3. Self-leadership to lead: transformational leadership
9 .- Types of leadership: light and shadow. Be yourself. How do I see myself and how do others see me.
10 .- The path of self-leadership. Throwing off ballast. To be or not be, that is the question.
11 .- The art of asking questions. Sherlock Holmes. Keep your head clear, not full.
12 .- The metaphor of the dolphin. Simultaneity.
Block 4. The Art of reading symptoms: in times of the "Wiki society" who doesn't share will become obsolete.
13 .- Connect and share. Networks. Small changes, big effects.
14 .- Shared projects. Share willingness. Win to Win.
15 .- The model of the jazz orchestra. Be unique and be a combo. Each performance is unique.
16 .- Situational sensitivity. What doesn't reach our consciousness is not visible.
"If you are not practicing what is on your mind, why are you complaining?"

Some opinions on the workshops of hèlix3c
Here are some testimonials on the workshops organized by hèlix3c.
I attended one of the workshop more by chance. A friend of mine recommend it, knowing that I am a restless person. I didn't expect to leave the workshop so confused. The classical concept of project management and team leadership is in crisis. Even though I wanted to deny it, I knew it was true. In these workshops you do not seem to get answers, but you are leaving with them; you do not seem to learn anything, but you do; you do not seem to innovate but you are initiating change; you do not seem to advance, but you are leading. No doubt, there is a before and after when it comes to the workshops of hèlix3c. Now everything flows.Jordi
I went to one of the workshops out of intellectual curiosity rather than out of necessity. I really enjoyed them, because I activated a new way of thinking based on the knowledge economy and the talent of people. Seeing all the benefits I decided to participate in another one and the result was even better. The approaches of the facilitators are dynamic and made me rethink my point of view and positioning when facing problems. Usually my focus would be a more conventional one, missing out on the difficulty associated with organizations. Moreover the networking with the other participants was very positive . To sum it up, the workshop was enriching and allowed me to expand my horizons. Teresa
In 2008 I attended a few workshops in which I discovered that depending on your attitude, you are able to find better ways to relate with other people. This made me think and I wanted to deepen this learning to apply it to my personal and professional environment. How could I find a more global angle? I knew about the seminars "Growing in Leadership" in which reflective practice and looking at things from a different perspective is essential, and I decided to participate. The seminar helped me to put into perspective what I was already doing, but also opened possibilities to look at things differently. For instance, to ask me "”WHY NOT?”, to understand that there are other ways of doing than the established ones or the ones we were taught. It raised the question, "Let's start over?" M. Roser
